All information is being received, collected and held by SuperLife's licenced manager, Smartshares Limited, PO Box 105262, Auckland 1143. Smartshares may share this information with their supervisor, administrators, and other third parties as required, and may use this information to contact you in relation to your application and membership with SuperLife for the purposes of providing and managing your account.

Before you begin, you will need to have your IRD number handy. You will also need to have either your NZ or Australian passport; or your NZ or Australian driver’s licence. To help us identify you online, you will also need to have access to a front-facing camera on your device or computer.
